This modern luxury residence was designed to create a refined and highly functional living environment shaped around contemporary family life. The concept combines thoughtful space planning, distinctive furniture, carefully selected materials and layered lighting to create a home that feels elegant, comfortable and personal.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The design focuses on creating a strong connection between the living, dining and entertainment areas while maintaining a clear purpose for each space. Every detail was considered to balance visual character with comfort and everyday practicality.
- Open-plan living and dining areas create a natural flow throughout the residence.
- Navy furniture, dark timber and grey stone introduce contrast, depth and personality.
- Integrated storage, custom furniture and layered lighting improve daily functionality.
The interior was developed through space planning, concept development, material selection and photorealistic 3D visualisation. The living room, dining area, pantry, master bedroom, pool area and supporting spaces follow a coordinated design language while retaining their own individual atmosphere and purpose.
A successful residential interior should reflect the lifestyle and preferences of the people who live within it. By coordinating layout, furniture, lighting, colour, materials and technical details, MOOI created a contemporary home that feels sophisticated without becoming overly formal—providing a comfortable, practical and distinctive setting for everyday living.
